Administration.
The eTyphoon.com shopping engine has a full remote administration
interface to help make managing your shopping cart, categories,
products, coupons, specials, orders and users easier. Only the
original site templates and checkout customization procedures must
be configured by external methods.
Main Menu.
The main administration menu is your starting point for managing
your shopping solution. You can configure and manage Global
Settings, Categories, Products, Orders, Featured Items, Coupons
and Administrative Users from this screen. There is also an
option to re-login - for testing user accounts and for managing
multi-stores.
Global Configuration.
The global configuration screen contains the setup of all primary
store features including: Name, physical address, tax rate,
colors, size, shipping methods, category display, thumbnail size,
Authorize.Net merchant setup, user callback request, ability to
show pricing/stock/delays/links to users, custom descriptions,
Secure Key (SSL) and more.
Category Management.
This easy to use category management screen allows you to add,
modify and delete existing categories. The category description
supports text and HTML codes for eassy customization - and the
the logo field supports GIF and JPEG logos at the top right of
each category.
Product Management.
Add, edit, delete and search for existing products. You can
specifiy a minimum of part #, item name, price, category, photo
and weight - or you can add additional short & long descriptions,
quantities, shipping delay, supplier, manufacturer, and more.
You can even easily upload photo's via our web interface.
Order Management.
Our order management screen allows you to view new/pending/shipped/canceled
orders, change their status, reprint invoices, lookup customer
information, and enter UPS tracking codes via keyboard or barcode scanner.
Administrative User Management.
The administrative user management screen allows you to setup
additional users to help manage your store with specific security
restrictions in place. Your sales team can manage your products,
shipping can manage orders and customers, and marketing can manage
your product specials and coupons.
